PD and I woke up at 5am today to get an early start! We have fish to catch people! This was a new location for me, PD has been here a few times now and suggested it for our destination today.
Having Wednesday off each week really splits the week up and getting out of the house that day makes it that much better.
I spent the day fighting the wind in the kayak. PD mixed it up with the kayak and some tenkara action on the inlet creek. We had the whole place to ourselves today. If you need a break from people this is a nice option.
Besides the wind and the uphill battle to get the kayaks back to the car, everything else was perfect. When we left at 3:30pm it was a perfect 73 degrees up there. We both netted some great fish and had an awesome time. This is one destination we need to return to.
